VITAMIN PROGRAM
Your program should include these elements:
Multivitamins - Should include the B vitamins (B-complex), folic acid, and a complete set of minerals including Calcium (1000mg for men/ 1500 mg each day for women), Magnesium (about 500mg).
Vitamin C - At least 2000mg daily.
Antioxidants - Buy a bottle of these, including at least 400 I.U. of Vitamin E.
Co-Enzyme Q-10 - Very important. 60mg oral is a good dose. Double or more for heart patients.
Trace Minerals - Including Selenium, Zinc, perhaps Cobalt, Magnesium, etc.
TO MAKE A VITAMIN PROGRAM
1. Trying to find a proper combination of these at the Health food store is difficult. The key to taking vitamins is to be sure they absorb into your system. Single, hard tablets absorb poorly.
2. An easy, convenient, and worry free way of getting the best vitamins available is to take what I use: The Ultra Essentials with Oxy-Energizer-Plus. These are the "top of the line" and give you everything you need. They are produced and packaged under the highest quality standards. Expensive, but worth it. Buy it at roz2000.com.
3. Vitamin Sprays: A wonderful new product that absorbs quickly through the buccal membrane (just inside your cheek). These are the most convenient of the super-high quality vitamins. Rapid absorption allows micro-dosing. Interested? Go to roz2000.com.
4. Centrum Silver: A hard, poorly absorbing tablet that is recommended for patients under the age of 45! Actually a decent vitamin for a young person.
5. Optimum 6 is an excellent general vitamin capsule system. Please take Co-Q-10, at least 60 mg/day, separately with these. For a good source of Co-Q-10 try roz2000.com.
